Return & Exchange Policy:

Wood Pecker has one of the most lenient Return & Exchange policies:

    • A 6-month warranty on our shoes.
    • In case of damage, your shoes will be repaired within 7-10 days of making the purchase.
    • If your shoes do not fit, you can ask for a size replacement within 14 days of making the purchase.
    • If you wish to change the product, you can do so within 7 days of making the purchase.
    • Sale items will not be returned or exchanged.
    • No claims for water damage will be accepted.
